At Hugchang The Retreat, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests and our elephants. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully:
- Cancellation by Guest:
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled visit: Full Refund (minus any transaction fees).
- Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before the scheduled visit: 50% Refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit or No-show: No Refund.
- Rescheduling: Guests may request to reschedule their visit at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability, at no additional charge.
- Cancellation by Hugchang The Retreat: In the rare event of extreme weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel the session. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a 100% Full Refund.
